As our founder, Carl Murray, experienced burnout and stress in his own life, he recognized the need for accessible, effective tools for promoting mindfulness and relaxation. He turned to yoga and meditation as a source of healing and rejuvenation, and saw firsthand the transformative power of these practices.


With a passion for sharing these tools with others, he set out to create a space where people from all walks of life could access high-quality yoga and mindfulness exercises, without needing to attend a physical class or retreat. Today, we are proud to offer a range of yoga and mindfulness exercises to suit every need, from quick meditations for busy days to longer yoga flows for deep relaxation.
